Oh right. I didn't know that. I remembered reading an old data sheet, from the R2R era, talking about segmented DAC's, using one DAC for x LSB's and another for the MSB's.... I did send an email back to the "Korean" saying that I didn't understand what he was trying to say and asking if he could explain, but never heard from him again.
