I remember being at the Denver Rodeo (don't ask!), and an (American)
colleague remarked "99.9% of the people here don't have a passport, and
will never need one". Then there was the guy in a Lubbock, Texas bar
that was really proud he had been abroad - to London. Listening to him
talk about London, nothing made sense to me. Turns out it was London,
Ontario...
