Bad News,  I tried with the latest ffmpeg from git commit
0c4bf87b296145e38510655d1a14196493d5c54e Date: Sat Feb 8 19:02:46 2014
+0100 and I still get the same problem.

amvoron, I'd suggest uploading the file to the ffmpeg team and posting
on ffmpeg-devel as the error messages suggest.  There have been several
wma lossless fixes in the past few days but none of them fixes your
files.
