RESAMPLE_OPENMP or RESAMPLE_MP? One or the other, please! ;) I would prefer this to be a cmdline option rather than compile time. If cmdline option option not set, should default to 1 thread. (original behaviour). But ability to set '0' to autodetect cores or integer value to force number of threads, would be useful.
