Home::1 costs £25 a month for ADSL (BT 20CN, BT21CN or Talk Talk line)
with a 100GB a month download limit. That's on top of my BT line
rental/phone bill. If I go over 100GB it's £10 to add another 50GB
download, and any left over of that rolls into the next month. Upload is
unlimited on Home::1, which suits my torrent server just fine. I've only
once gone over the 100GB, but then I live on my own and don't do Netflix
etc. My boss on FTTP (lucky swine) A&A with two children tops up almost
every month.

I'm waiting for FTTC, the exchange has been enabled but my cabinet has
not been upgraded. My line is about 4 miles long and crap, especially in
bad weather. But that's not A&A's fault, it's always been crap.

There is no email or virus scanning bundled with A&A, the only thing
bundled is a router (on Home::1) and it's a pretty cruddy one
(Technicolor TG582n). But it does do IPv6. If you want email, or DNS
hosting, or web site hosting, you can pay extra at generally a couple of
quid a month. They host my DNS (including reverse entries for the line)
and that costs £1.20 a month (that doesn't include the domain
registration, that's with Mythic Beasts).
