OK, have just read your conversation with Michael in that thread you referenced. I'll keep an eye on git and if Michael commits any fixes/changes that seem to be related to this, I'll make a new build and post about it here.
Are you building from a git checkout? I just saw that our Linux build host has been in trouble for a few days. But if you're pulling directly, then you should be fine. Just don't use any of our tarballs.
