Hi Peter, My guess is that one of your settings has unusual characters in it, or your configuration file is corrupt. It sounds like initially you are using default settings but after a restart or reboot piCorePlayer uses your configuration file but has a problem with it. I have never noticed Squeezelite to stop working but I have seen USB devices (DACs, wireless) stop working properly after a random period of time.
