I think I first would try to use a fixed channel in my router - try channel 10. If it still is stuttering then try another - and so on. Maybe you will find one that works. Also if the problem is ems from the Hifiberry - it might help if you could attach the wifi adaptor to a short USB cable, so there is a distance between the wifi adaptor and the Hifiberry.
