Those routines were changed in 4.1.0,

Are you using Autostart Favorite, or Autostart URL.   I think I see a
problem in the autostart URL.   If that is what you are using, can you
try to set a favorite, and then start that favorite.

Can you post your log, pcp_auto_start_fav.log or pcp_auto_start_lms.log
