Hi Paul, Thanks for the suggestion. I tried the option to upload custom-convert.conf file and couldn't get it to work properly. I used the file downloaded from Ralphy, both with and without the .txt extension. Every time I got an error message that it "must be a text file." What am I doing wrong?
