I run pCP 6.0.0-rc1 (6.0.0 since a minute ago!) and LMS 8.0.0 - 1583405189 @ Thu Mar 5 with Material Skin 1.4.5 on the same RPi3 and I am surprised how extremely fast it is! I have a local time server on my network, which perhaps explains why I don't see this.
