I use a flirc case to house my Pi4 / LMS, this has no fan and has no problem at keeping the temperature below 45ºC, I am completely satisfied with this case. A comparison with the Argon one case (without fan) shows the Argon to be slightly better than the flirc. Personally that would be good enough for me, as I would have no wish to have a fan going 24/7 on a player only box.
