This could be a permissions problem, or simply that the source folders (i.e. the ones on the left in your screen grab) don't actually exist. I'm not sure how much help I can be with most of it, apart form to suggest you provide a few more details, such as the platform (is this a Synology NAS?) and a link to the tutorial you followed.
