I upgraded 10.0.3 to 10.1 without any problems, as 10.0.4 was never
translated into Danish ;-)

Among other things, it says:

If updating from Mac OS X 10.1, you must install Security Update 10-19-01
then Installer update for Mac OS X 10.1 prior to installing this updat

So I guess that you can just let your automatic updater do it's job, at
least after upgrading to 10.1.
