OS X cannot boot with the Voodoo as a primary display adapter.  It will work 
as a secondary adapter.  If you want to use it as primary, use Jaguar, it 
can boot from a Voodoo, but it is not accelerated (still somewhat speedy 
because it's a fast card).  I use this setup (Voodoo3 primary w/ OS X 10.2 
on a 400MHz G3 7600) and it works fine.  Note that you need to have a G3 
processor (or G3 upgrade card) in order to boot Jaguar, it will not work 
with a 603/604.
