I have seen that problem before. I have a workaround but not a solution. Go to the start button and select the Run command. Put in the IP address of the Mac with a double back slash, like this \\10.0.0.1. Hit the enter key it should prompt you for the username and a password of the OS X box. Enter it, and you should get access.

the pc connecting to a mac thing in 10.2.2...

run into probs: i can connect mac to pc but not pc to mac?

i've enabled windows file sharing in the network prefs and if i go into 'My Network Place' and then 'Workgroup' i can see my mac from the pc.

ting is, when i type my login name and password it wont let me in....

is there a fire wall thing involved? when i try and change it in the apple prefs it says it's a built in one and wont let me change it?

arrrggg!!
