Hi all, I've just bought a very nice powerbook 3400. It has a 200Mhz powerPC 603e processor, 80MB RAM and 4,5GB hard drive, it's currently running MacOS 9. I've seen that XPostFacto offered "limited support" for those machines.
Does anybody here tried to install Jaguar on a 3400 ? If i can find enough time, i will try to do that, "just to see". Do you have any helpful tips to give to me in order to do that ? How much place on the hard drive do i need to install Jaguar. Have i to create a new partition for it or can i install it on the MacOS9 partition without damaging the existing MacOS 9 folder ? thanks, Mehdi -- Unsupported OS X is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Unsupported OS X list info <http://lowendmac.com/lists/unsupported.html> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive <http://www.mail-archive.com/unsupportedosx%40mail.maclaunch.com/> --------------------------------------------------------------- >The Think Different Store http://www.ThinkDifferentStore.com ---------------------------------------------------------------
