Sadly it is my understanding that support is limited because the 3400 was the last NuBus based PowerBook [someone correct me if this is wrong, I know my 1400 is NuBus based and believe the same of the 2400 and 3400]. Jaguar support requires at least a G3/G4 upgrade card at this point [even the newest version of Darwin requires one for whatever reason, so unless you upgrade the 3400 it won't happen. The really sad part is that you would have to swap out the motherboard to upgrade it to a G3 from what I understand.
Other than that, I would make a strong argument that the subsystem won't be able to do much with Jaguar with only a 200 603e and 80MB of RAM even if it were possible. Sorry to bare bad news.
