looks like an ADB prob if the keyboard is locked like that.  are you 
using any other ADB peripherals? how long is the ADB chain? you have 
one keyboard that works but the others don't?

boot in verbose holding cmd-v at startup.  there should be a line that 
says:

ADB Present: (insert number)

0 means no ADB present
other numbers indicate different keyboard types
