 Hello Bruce,
    You did it! After weeks of floundering trying to install upgrade 10.1.5,
I followed your advice and the icons changed from grey to black! The
installation proceeded without a hitch. I can't thank you enough.
    I do have one nasty problem left. When I try to get on the internet or
try to get my mail by clicking on the icons in the dock, I can't get
through. I have to go to the yellow internet icon in the application folder.
Then I get connected to the internet without any trouble. However, I still
can't get my mail.This used to work.
