It is a known fact that Ryan's L2 cache software doesn't work
correctly with the Sonnet G4 700/800. He is working on a new version
that likely will . I'm wondering why you are even trying to use it?
Sonnet has software for your card. This should be your first choice
of software to use. If you have loaded the Sonnet software you will
have issues adding other cache software. powerlogix has software for
cards with L2 software and L3 software. For what it's worth... At this
time I consider Powerlogix's software first choice for G3/4 upgrade
cards but not sure it works well with the Sonnet G4 700/800.
