8500s RULE! Oh sorry... >My only problem is printing to my Epson 760 USB. 'A communication error has >occurred...' My Epson 750 prints flawlessly from my 8500 via OrangeMicro FW/USB card. These are with official Epson drivers. You may want to try Gimp-Print. It has very good drivers for nearly every printer ever made. I use it with my Epson 600 on my Beige G3 at work (via USB-Parallel adapter) and have no problems either. Then again, if the card won't see something as well supported by OS X as the Canon A40, then maybe your USB card is just not robust enough to handle high throughput devices. My OM card has never failed with any USB device I've ever tried (and the are many). -- __________________________ Phil Lefebvre Chicago, IL -- Unsupported OS X is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/> Support Low End Mac <http://lowendmac.com/lists/support.html> Unsupported OS X list info <http://lowendmac.com/lists/unsupported.html> --> AOL users, remove "mailto:" Send list messages to: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To unsubscribe, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For digest mode, email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subscription questions: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Archive <http://www.mail-archive.com/unsupportedosx%40mail.maclaunch.com/> Using a Mac?
