Greetings, I'm interested in adding DVD-playing capabilities to my SuperMac S900. It's already running Jaguar, and has a Radeon 7000 as well as an ACARD ATA/66 IDE controller and the built-in MESH SCSI controller.
Are there any inexpensive (sub-$200) options to add a DVD-ROM drive to the S900, one that would work with Apple's DVD Player (with or without software hacks)? SCSI or IDE/ATAPI? Or a more expensive option if sub-$200 is not available. Thanks, Peter -- Peter R.
