I have installed and then de-installed, an Apple OEM UltraWide SCSI Card in my 7300/180 w/NewerTech G4/350 1M cache Daughtercard running 9.1. I removed the card because it seemed responsible for numerous freezes and crashes. I thought it was an extension conflict or file corruption, but even a complete reformat of the drive and reinstallation of OS 9.1 didn't fix it. The problem did not go away 'til I removed the card.
Also, I did not have any drives connected to the card. Any ideas why this would happen and what I might try to prevent it? Could the card be "bad"?

The only marking on the card is 1996 ATTO Technology and the processor has ATTO Express PCI PSC on it.
