Hello all;

I saw that a month or so ago that someone else with an 8500 unsupported
setup was having severe audio woes that involved Quicktime... I am
wondering if a solution ever presented itself? I am quite fine with my
rig and use it as my main computer period, but the fact that mp3's
absolutely refuse to play and quicktime movies have no sound whatsoever
does perturb me. I hate having to farm those chores out to another
computer. Is this an NVRAM issue by any chance? I have no classic or
os 9 system anywhere on this 8500 and it's been CUDA'd, zapped and
otherwise de-NVRAMmed many times, but these were also before the lack
of audio presented itself.

Has anyone else had this problem, and more importantly, fixed it? I
need my 7500/333 for other things than MP#'s.

Thanks and regards,
Rik
