B.B.B (Before Bare Bones)>>>>> for those old enough to remember the good ole VAX days, there was an editor called "EDT"
in my humble opinion, this editor kicked butt over all succeeding editors, simply due to the basic commands where centrally located on the keypad. (although vi is nice too) but the programming feature (define key, ctrl-k) is what I lust for sometimes. I'm not a BB user, but a few years back they had a free ware download and I was not impressed. Is there anyone out there who has the gumption to prog EDT for os X? There's a group out in Boston which sells "EDT+" for Windoze/UNIX/LINUX. but it would be nice to have this capability on my mac. I would pay for such an editor... I had emailed this company to release a version for OS X but have had no reply. So if there are others who pine for the days of VAX editing... either email this company (google search: EDT+) or if you got skills, create your own and i'll be the first to buy a copy.
