Cheapest ATA controller

Looking to just convert an old 8500 or s900 into a file server. Just 
looking for an ATA controller that is bootable and can support 
something like a 60-120gb drive. I don't really need more than that.

as a data point, I have found this card but it is bigger than my needs 
are for storage and my wallet:

Anybody know of any? CompUSA or Circuit city for those of is in the NYC 
metro area in case I can get one at a brick n' mortar?
