Having problems posting again. This is from this afternoon: One day.. a G5, but until then:
So should these instructions: http://aex.org/mac/7000.html work with this card 64MB card: Sapphire RADEON 7000 64MB DDR PCI TVO/DVI (OEM) at: http://www.allstarshop.com/shop/product.asp?pid=7942&sid=9U0BF2A0ENST8H88G3DX5TWTLE4T73P3 or should I go with the information that is shared at http://www.mymacfamily.com/macintosh.html to do the 64MB version. Since they are so close in price, it seems like I should install the 64MB version, right? Or is one just as good as the other if you probably are not going to upgrade the CPU on a old beige beyond like the OWC Mercury G4/500 ZIF and run Jaguar? By the way, does anyone know if Final Cut Pro or Express would install in such a system, or does it demand native and faster G4 processors?
