Okay... That worked. Kinda.

Network: Beige G3, 10.2.6 > router > AsanteTalk > QMS PS-1700. (Jet 4si more or less)
Protocol: IP>AT
Problem: QMS PS 1700 is a PS level 1 printer. The print job is getting there, but then errors due to PS level. How do I tell Jag that the printer is a level 1 printer? (And yes, there actually is a QMS driver. QMS PS-1700 V52.4)

I don't remember the link but I found some stuff talking about exactly that issue.

Either Cups printing or linux printing related website. Sorry I don't have more info than that but maybe google search will find it.
