Tom, which flavor of XPF did you use to install 10.3.5? Curious, 'cause I need to upgrade my 7600, too.

Hi Dennis,
I used 3.0a14. It's an older install from the months ago that I didn't have it working as well due to too little RAM. I could not get it to install onto a 9GB SCSI Barracuda using any flavor of XPF and apparently this is a phenomenon which others have experienced with some Seagate SCSI disks.
It did install onto an 8GB SCSI Quantum Fireball SE with no problems and I've been using Carbon Copy Cloner to transfer that successful install to the very same Seagate Barracuda which works perfectly (it just won't accept the install). I also CCC'd it to the first 7.95 GB partition on the WD1200JB which is the current startup disk and have had no problems.
