No. the presence or absence of FW doesn't have anything to do with it; it's the ROM versions that came with the addition of FW to the mac that's important. Adding a FW card doesn't change the ROM, hence, any mac not on the list they show needs XPF to load Tiger.


May I also point out that that was the most inane discussion of legal issues by complete amateurs I've ever witnessed.

Trust me folks, if ever you get into a legal jam, do not attempt to defend yourselves....you will certainly have a fool for a client.
