iTunes 4.8
If you just need iTunes 4, Jaguar will work fine, and I don't think you'll
be happy with less than Jaguar (10.2.8 is the highest level of Jaguar and
you can upgrade to it with Software Update after installing).

Both, if you're going to be putting a bunch of music on it. You need a Rev B
ROM if it's going to be happy with OS X, and you need a Rev B motherboard if
you're going to be put multiple IDE hard drives in it.
