Ah, between David Klaus and Jack Sparrow, I've basically been shown the way(s)
to get my myself up to Tiger, and living in the present.

It seems that experimenting with off the shelf Pioneer A08XL or A09XL's
won't be necessary.  I was tempted to try that, but I would consider OWC
a much more reliable route, and CHEAPER!!

Oh, just a side question, then:
On a G3, if I can't install or run iDVD, what will I be missing?
