Only non admin level users can use the idnsOrg interface. But 0 is not a permissible role level. Change via iDNS backend (as Root) via 'Main' tab to 'tAuthorize' tab modify and change tAuthorize.uPerm to 1 for your end user. Note that the idnsOrg interface only allows zone owners to modify some SOA zone values and add/mod/del RRs. The zone must be created for the Organization/Company that this contact/user belongs to previously. (The primitive "text/plain" error message you saw will be changed in future interface releases.)
