I'm really digging Deki by MindTouch:

Note: Deki is .Net, so it has a Mono dependency. But it does run
perfectly under Mono, and Deki packages are available for just about
every Linux distro. It also has a RESTful API and hooks for other
languages, so extensions can be (and are) written in any language.
