Just stop allowing flash to run, unless you tell it to run. Use
FlashBlock for Firefox (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/433).

Apparently Flash has a memory. It has it's own version of cookies. I'm
rather frustrated to find out that Adobe isn't honoring browser
settings. I checked and my flash plugin has a history of all of the
sites (that have flash) that I have ever visited even though I reset
(clear cache and cookies) almost daily (for web development).
Not that I needed one, but one more reason I dislike Flash.
