Again, for Amazon to work for you and to be able to keep the costs minimal 
without disrupting service, you need to be willing to monitor your usage and 
modify settings to match your requirements.  Also, running an EC2 instance 
without an EBS volume is asking for data loss unless you implement your own 
data backup solution.
