I did a Titanium presentation last year, but there is a new version out now. I would guess that a Titanium/PHP services talk might interest the group. I could go down the Titanium/iOS road fairly deep. However, I would definitely fall short on the Android end, because it's hard to follow all the fragmentation. It's very hard to do both well. Anyone out in the group who could cover Titanium/Android? I'm assuming that this group is an Android-heavy demographic, and would be more interesting than iOS. This could quickly degenerate into a you're-in-a-Jobs-bubble-vs-flying-trash-can debacle, with possible violence. ;) If Wade does Titanium, it might be helpful to get his views of approaching it for the first time.
