Sublime Text for the win. I agree with Justin. Add the right plugins and
Sublime can do just about anything.

Kyle, yes, Vim is pretty awesome as well. Again, with the right plugins it
can be amazing. Though the learning curve is steeper with Vim.

In the past the only real IDE I got into seriously was Eclipse. But it is a
beast of an application.
