What do you want to be able to do with InfusionSoft? My biggest problem is the price and poor design. It's "cheap" upfront until you add all the pluggins you might need.
HubSpot's CRM is free and it rocks. If you start getting deeper into marketing tools, their marketing platform is bomber! I love it. Insightly was a decent CRM to use as well, but you can't beat free - especially for the design and tools HubSpot CRM comes with.
