Thanks Sariah, To answer you about what my client wants to do with I.S., they currently use it as their CRM, Billing, and communication (email) management system. They use it for collecting contacts and for subscription management.
There seem to be quite a few issues though. So really BAD issues. Issues that weren't there a couple of years ago and I'm pretty sure my client is devoted to migrating away from I.S. Knowing the people involved, they won't take "free" seriously, so that removes HubSpot from the list, but I'll look at Insightly. Thanks for the suggestion.
