Hello again,

One of our forum members wrote a tentative patch for using the 'B' 
interface of the FT2232H with urJTAG (based on the latest code in git):

I'm going to send him hardware to test. I'll also try to compile the 
patched version myself, but I'm a noob at compiling on a desktop.
