Strong technical resource with hands-on experience on IBM Sterling Order Management System v 9.3 IBM Sterling Order Management System v 9.1 IBM Sterling Call Center for Commerce v 9.3 ii. Responsible for resolving / fixing issues / incidents reported for Sterling OMS and Call center in production environment. Will require on-call / off-hour support for critical production incidents. iii.
