*Title: Sr. Software Engr. (Developer) – Mobile / IOS/Android* *Location: Philadelphia, PA* *GC, Citizen, EAD* We are looking for a senior level Android developer who has passion for mobile solutions and is self-motivated. · He/ She will collaboratively work with other member of the development team both onsite and offshore (remote/different time zones). · He/ She will provide quality estimates on new development features and focus on reducing technical debt. · He/ She will be in-house expert on Android and related software(s) and help setup as well as follow best practices including automated testing and continuous integration builds and automated releases. · He/ She will collaborate and contribute to the design, architecture documentation and end to end implementation of all solutions related to the mobile platform including backed systems supporting the front end app(s). · He/ She researches and maintains knowledge in emerging technologies and possible application to the business. · He/ She manages and assists in troubleshooting the most difficult and mission-critical technical problems. *Qualifications:* · Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science/Engineering discipline or equivalent work experience. · 7+ years of experience in Software Development/programming in agile and iterative projects. · 2+ yrs. in Java / Android coding (latest versions). *Technical Skills:* · Must be experienced in developing native iOS or Android apps on service-oriented platform. · Must be experienced in publishing apps to Google Play. · Must have strong programming and debugging skills with Android including SQLite, synchronous and asynchronous code, web services, JSON and XML parsing, in App Purchases, push notification. · Must have a solid grasp of client-server architecture. · Must be experienced in GIT and ALM tools, · Must be experienced with Unix/Linux and scripting in shell scripts. · Experience with OpenSSL and SQL Cipher encryption libraries a plus · User interface design skills and Android app design a plus · Ability to work with Microsoft Office suite of products desired.
