EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: · Bachelors Degree in Computer/Information Science, a numerate discipline or equivalent experience. · Must have a strong experience with SQL databases and query development, preferably involving data cleansing or conversion activities. · strong Data Conversion experience, they need people who have done the Data Conversation work themselves, must be hands on with this. · Will be cleaning and loading the data into ERP System, SAP would be preferred but not a must · Also needed is either strong Access experience, or that could potentially be substituted for Microsoft SQL Server experience (but not something like Oracle SQL), but Access is preferred. · The experience they need with Access is in using it for Data Manipulation · Strong understand of SAP masterdata structures · Experience with the various SAP load methods: BDC, LSMW, Direct Input, BAPI, IDOCS, etc. · Experience with MS Access is a must · Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines. · Must possess good problem solvingskills. · Must be able to interact well with all levels of management. · Must be able to work well as a member of a team. · Excellent communication skills. · Ability to explain and discuss complex analysis and programming issues in a manner that can be understood by non-technical persons. · Ability to analyze and define complex logic processes. · Working knowledge of SAP functional modules (SD, MM, FI, FSCM, etc.) desired.
