3+ Months Chandler, AZ OR Charlotte, NC Position Description: Experience Level: 4 year degree and 7+ years LOCATIONS: This resource is considered a highly technical one and would be principally housed in our Chandler, AZ facility (HIGHLY DESIRED) or CIC, Charlotte, NC (onsite needed 100%, no remote workers Role/skills: Develop and establish ongoing approach for needed project status reporting and critical milestones management across all TIS projects within a MS Project Server environment. An experienced Application Developer with advanced to expert skills in the use of MS Project is needed for this role. This Application Developer will develop processes for, build, consolidate, and maintain the TIS PMO master repository for project interdependencies, status reporting, timeline tracking and critical milestones management across the TIS project portfolio. This individual must have 7+ years of proven experience managing complex technology projects and programs. PMO experience highly desired. Extremely strong project planning skills are required, combined with strong communication skills. This individual will manage the integration of critical project information from all PMs and project plans and schedules from all TIS projects, and will provide key information to senior leadership. Extremely detailed use, management, and reporting of consolidated MS Project information will be performed on a daily basis. Must be proficient with the server side of the project server implementation, particularly tuning, data conformation and application management. Additionally this resource needs to be versant with the reporting and data cube aspects of the platform. Highly beneficial for this individual also to have working experience of Plan view as well as the Wells Fargo Enterprise Project Methodology. The purpose of this role is to ensure that the new launch of Microsoft Project Server is stable and to address any needs the PM's have for additional functionality. Must be familiar with Microsoft Project Server to be able to understand issues that arise for PM's within their project plans etc. The individual needs to have a technical background to include knowing how to write reports in Visual Studio, Sequel 8 and Microsoft Office SharePoint Services (MOSS). The role includes writing reports in SharePoint Services. Professional, calm, confident, leadership style is necessary. This role will require a lot of interaction with executive leadership requiring excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must enjoy fast paced, ever changing environment.
