Monitoring the OTC process in SAP . Trouble-shooting any issues to find the root cause . High-lighting any gaps . Recommending process improvements . Acting as the bridge between business and IT, to communicate business issues in OTC to respective IT teams *Required* . 3-5 years of SAP SD experience in a consultant or super user role . Very good understanding on the OTC cycle in a large corporate environment . Very good understanding of OTC process in SAP including EDI/iDoc interfaces . Understanding of SD configurations and interfaces, iDocs etc. . High level understanding of interfacing modules like FI and MM . Take ownership, have an attitude of getting work done, excellent client handling skills required. .
