I think the “kill switch” is not just an old issue Bob. It could well be a kill 
switch for the company, I can’t think why any developer would want to use 
LiveCode for standalones with such a time bomb in place. Even Apple, which 
removes an app from the store when a developer subscription expires, doesn’t 
kill apps bought by users.

The license check code presumably is not included in LC 9.6.3. Does anyone have 
any idea if it is included in LC 10.0.3?
