You are right, I use custom packages, mainly to keep revIgniter stuff separat from LiveCode server syntax. But I disabled my packages, enabled the one provided by Peter Brett, restarted Atom and the snippet was there.
So, assuming you use the latest version (0.5.1) I am at a loss.
