This is a copy of a request I have just sent to RunRev support:
"I would be extremely grateful if you could make available to all holders of RunRev licences higher than RunRev 2.2.1 licensed copies of RunRev 2.2.1 to enable them to make standalones for platforms that
are no longer officially supported by RunRev."
